White Chai
White Chai brings warm cinnamon, fresh lemon and zesty ginger together in a white tea. Steep according to the guide below and enjoy the cup hot or chilled.

Ingredients: White Tea, Cinnamon, Lemongrass, Ginger, Cardamom, Black Peppercorn, Natural Spicy Cinnamon Flavor, Cloves, Coconut, Pineapple, Natural Ginger Flavor
How to brew
- Tea: 2 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 180°F (82°C)
- Steep time: 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 14 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Apricot & Cardamom Tea Sparkler with White Chai

Ingredients
- 2 g White Chai
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ripe apricot, pitted and diced
- ⅛ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar
- 1 cup chilled plain sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 180°F. Steep the White Chai for 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Stir the sugar into the strained tea and chill promptly. Mash the fruit lightly with the cardamom.
- Divide the fruit and ice between two glasses. Add the cold tea and sparkling water, stir gently and serve.
