Strawberry & Lime Sweet Ice Pops with Strawberry Sugar

Serves: 6 small pops

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Strawberry Sugar
1 cup water
2 cups hulled strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
2 tablespoons Lemon Sugar

Method

Stir the Strawberry Sugar into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and cool. Blend with the fruit and lime zest.
Pour into freezer-pop molds, leaving a little space for expansion. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
