Ricotta, Fig & Olive Oil Crackers

Ingredients

• 12 pieces Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris
• ½ cup ricotta
• 2 fresh figs, sliced
• 1 teaspoon Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

1. Mix the ricotta with the vanilla sugar. Spread onto the crackers.
2. Top with fig slices and a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
