Pumpkin Pie Tea

How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Banana & Cinnamon Warm Tea Cup with Pumpkin Pie Tea

Ingredients
- 4 g Pumpkin Pie Tea
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ripe banana, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon (Vietnamese) Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar
- ½ cup additional water
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Pumpkin Pie Tea for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- While the tea brews, gently simmer the fruit, cinnamon and additional water in a separate pan for 5–8 minutes, until the fruit softens.
- Stir the sugar and strained tea into the fruit mixture. Divide between two mugs, including the fruit, and serve warm.
