Pineapple Frost
Pineapple Frost brings sweet pineapple, mellow apple and fresh lemon together in an herbal infusion. Steep according to the guide below and enjoy the cup hot or chilled.

Ingredients: Pineapple Bits (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), Apple Bits (apples, tartaric acid), Lemon Granulate (glucose syrup, lemon juice concentrate, sugared apricots, modified starch, thickener: sodium alginate, natural lemon flavor), Lemon, Red Currants, Natural Flavor, Peppermint
How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Apple & Maple Tea Oat Bites with Pineapple Frost
Serves: 12 small bites
Ingredients
- 4 g Pineapple Frost
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup peeled, cored apple, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup pitted dates, chopped
- 2 tablespoons smooth almond butter
- 1 teaspoon Maple Sugar
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Pineapple Frost for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Pour ¼ cup hot brewed tea over the dates and let stand for 10 minutes; reserve the remaining tea to drink.
- Pulse the soaked dates, oats, almond butter, sugar and maple syrup in a food processor until the mixture holds together.
- Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with the fresh fruit on the side.
