Luxury White highlights tangy rose hips in a white tea. Use the brewing guide below as a starting point, then adjust to your taste.

Ingredients: White Tea, Rosehips, Freeze-Dried Blackcurrants, Natural Flavor, Mallow Blossoms, Cornflower
How to brew
- Tea: 2 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 180°F (82°C)
- Steep time: 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 14 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Raspberry & Rose Tea-Dressed Fruit Salad with Luxury White
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 g Luxury White
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups raspberries
- ½ teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon Rose Sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 180°F. Steep the Luxury White for 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Dissolve the sugar in the tea and chill. Whisk ¼ cup cold tea with the lime juice and orange zest; reserve the remaining tea to drink.
- Toss the fruit and grapes with the dressing. Let stand in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
