Lemon Sugar is great dusted over sugar cookies or pound cake. Add a dash to fruit salads. Mix with herbs and sea salt to finish off delicious roasted potatoes. Rim a glass of unsweetened iced tea. Mix with sea salt and season peanuts.

Mango & Lime Chilled Sweet Fruit Soup with Lemon Sugar

Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lemon Sugar
1 cup water
2 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
2 teaspoons Lemon Sugar
¼ cup unsweetened apple juice

Method

Stir the Lemon Sugar into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and refrigerate until cold.
Blend the prepared mixture, half the fruit, apple juice and lime zest until smooth. Divide into two bowls and scatter the remaining fruit over the top. Serve chilled.
