Cucumber & Lemon Sweet Chia Pots with Lemon Honey Stick

Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Lemon Honey Stick
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup peeled cucumber, finely diced
• 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons Lemon Sugar

Method

1. Stir the Lemon Honey Stick into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
2. Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and lemon zest. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
