Leid Back
Leid Back brings mellow apple, fresh lemon and bright orange together in an herbal infusion. Steep according to the guide below and enjoy the cup hot or chilled.

Ingredients: Apple, Lemongrass, Orange, Rosehips, Natural Pineapple Flavor, Pineapple, Rose Petals, Marigold Flowers, Natural Orange Flavor
How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Pear & Rose Chilled Tea Fruit Soup with Leid Back
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 4 g Leid Back
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups ripe pear, cored and diced
- ½ teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 2 teaspoons Rose Sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Leid Back for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Dissolve the sugar in the tea and refrigerate until cold.
- Blend the tea, half the fruit, apple juice and orange zest until smooth. Divide into two bowls and scatter the remaining fruit over the top. Serve chilled.
