Key Lime

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Apple Pieces, Orange, Key Lime Pie Flavor
How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Strawberry & Lime Tea Sorbet Float with Key Lime
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 4 g Key Lime
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup hulled strawberries, sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Sugar
- 2 small scoops lemon sorbet
- ½ cup chilled plain sparkling water
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Key Lime for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Stir the sugar into the tea, then chill. Mash the fruit with the lime zest and divide between two tall glasses.
- Add the cold tea and a scoop of sorbet to each glass. Pour the sparkling water slowly down the sides and serve with spoons.
