How to brew
- Tea: 2.5 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 11 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2.5 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Blueberry & Maple Tea Chia Pots with Kentucky Bourbon

Ingredients
- 2.5 g Kentucky Bourbon
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Maple Sugar
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Kentucky Bourbon for 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Dissolve the sugar in the tea and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
