Jasmine Shui Xian Narcissus Oolong

Price: $10.99

Jasmine Shui Xian layers a jasmine note over a dark oolong from the Wuyi tea region of Fujian, China. The current ingredient statement lists oolong tea and natural jasmine flavor rather than jasmine flowers.

Our original tasting notes describe a clear deep-amber liquor and a floral aroma riding over the darker tea base. Brew it with the oolong guide below, then taste a second infusion as the fragrance softens.

Origin: China

Contains Caffeine

Ingredients: Oolong Tea, Natural Jasmine Flavor

How to brew

  • Tea: 2.5 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
  • Water temperature: 195°F (91°C)
  • Steep time: 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
  • Cups per ounce: Approximately 11 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2.5 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.
