Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Licorice, Ginger, English Tulsi, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cassia, Mullein, Alfalfa, Fennel, Thyme, Elecampane, Clove

How to brew

  • Tea: 2.5 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
  • Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
  • Steep time: 5–7 minutes, then strain through a paper tea filter or fine cloth.
  • Cups per ounce: Approximately 11 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2.5 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Orange & Cardamom Tea Sorbet Float with Inhale

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2.5 g Inhale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange segments, seeds and membranes removed
  • ⅛ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Sugar
  • 2 small scoops lemon sorbet
  • ½ cup chilled plain sparkling water

Method

  1. Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Inhale for 5–7 minutes, then strain through a paper tea filter or fine cloth.
  2. Stir the sugar into the tea, then chill. Mash the fruit with the cardamom and divide between two tall glasses.
  3. Add the cold tea and a scoop of sorbet to each glass. Pour the sparkling water slowly down the sides and serve with spoons.
