Apple & Maple Sweet Breakfast Oats with Green Apple Honey Stick

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Green Apple Honey Stick
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup peeled, cored apple, finely diced
• 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup additional water
• 2 teaspoons Maple Sugar

Method

1. Stir the Green Apple Honey Stick into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
2. Combine the prepared mixture, additional water and oats in a saucepan. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
3. Stir in the fruit, maple syrup and sugar. Cook another 2 minutes; divide between two bowls.
