Everyday Uji Matcha 1oz
Everyday Uji Matcha is Japanese powdered green tea intended for a whisked cup or an everyday latte. Unlike a leaf tea that is strained, the powder is suspended in water and enjoyed as part of the drink.
Sift a serving into a bowl, add the warm water specified below and whisk briskly until evenly mixed. Drink it promptly, or top the whisked matcha with milk; the preparation details on this page give a practical starting amount.
