How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Ingredients
- 4 g Cucumber Lemon Breeze
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Sugar
- 1 cup chilled plain sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Cucumber Lemon Breeze for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Stir the sugar into the strained tea and chill promptly. Mash the fruit lightly with the lemon zest.
- Divide the fruit and ice between two glasses. Add the cold tea and sparkling water, stir gently and serve.
