Ingredients: white tea rose hips safflower hibiscus, and fruit flavoring

How to brew

  • Tea: 2 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
  • Water temperature: 180°F (82°C)
  • Steep time: 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
  • Cups per ounce: Approximately 14 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Pomegranate & Orange Tea Ice Pops with White Pomegranate Tea

Serves: 6 small pops

Ingredients

  • 2 g White Pomegranate Tea
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups pomegranate arils
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

  1. Heat 1 cup water to 180°F. Steep the White Pomegranate Tea for 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in the strained tea and cool. Blend with the fruit and orange zest.
  3. Pour into freezer-pop molds, leaving a little space for expansion. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
