Apricot & Vanilla Sweet Chia Pots with Peach Honey Stick

Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Peach Honey Stick
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup ripe apricot, pitted and diced
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

1. Stir the Peach Honey Stick into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
2. Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and vanilla extract. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
