Orange & Vanilla Sweet Breakfast Oats with Orange Honey Stick

Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Orange Honey Stick
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup orange segments, seeds and membranes removed
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup additional water
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

1. Stir the Orange Honey Stick into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
2. Combine the prepared mixture, additional water and oats in a saucepan. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
3. Stir in the fruit, vanilla extract and sugar. Cook another 2 minutes; divide between two bowls.
