Our Marigold Sugar is made with turbinado sugar that is infused with real marigold petals and citrus. This delicious floral sugar is great on baked goods and delicious in tea. Plum & Cinnamon Sweet Breakfast Quinoa with Marigold Sugar

Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Marigold Sugar
1 cup water
1 cup ripe plums, pitted and diced
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon (Vietnamese) Powder
½ cup dry quinoa, rinsed
2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar

Method

Stir the Marigold Sugar into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
Bring the prepared mixture and quinoa to a gentle boil in a saucepan. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until tender.
Rest off the heat for 5 minutes. Fluff and fold in the fruit, cinnamon and sugar. Divide into two breakfast bowls.
