Our Lavender Sugar is made with turbinado sugar and infused with lavender flowers that are grown in Colorado. This sugar is great on baked goods and delicious in tea. Add a little bit of this sugar on top of cupcakes, cookies, or muffins!

Raspberry & Lemon Sweet Breakfast Oats with Lavender Sugar

Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lavender Sugar
1 cup water
1 cup raspberries
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup additional water
2 teaspoons Lemon Sugar

Method

Stir the Lavender Sugar into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
Combine the prepared mixture, additional water and oats in a saucepan. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
Stir in the fruit, lemon zest and sugar. Cook another 2 minutes; divide between two bowls.
