Elder Flower
Elder flowers are delicate, pale blossoms used in fragrant cordials, syrups and herbal infusions. Their softly floral aroma works well with lemon, berries and sparkling water.
They also appear in wine and other beverages, and in some hair and skin preparations. Check the package for the botanical species and preparation directions; the flower and berry are distinct ingredients with different handling considerations.
