Damiana is an aromatic dried leaf with a distinctly bitter edge. Our earlier product notes describe it in botanical tea blends, where a small amount can add herbal depth without dominating the cup.
Pair it with milder leaves or a fruit component if you prefer a softer infusion. The older notes also suggest using a light sprinkle in savory foods; review the package directions for the intended use of this particular leaf.
For independent information about botanicals and their safety, see the NIH Herbs at a Glance directory. Research on other preparations does not establish an effect for this product.
