Peach & Almond Tea Breakfast Oats with Beautiful Golden Eyebrow

Ingredients

2.5 g Beautiful Golden Eyebrow
1 cup water
1 cup ripe peach, pitted and diced
2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup additional water
2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Beautiful Golden Eyebrow for 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
Combine the strained tea, additional water and oats in a saucepan. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
Stir in the fruit, almonds and sugar. Cook another 2 minutes; divide between two bowls.
