Braswell's Balsamic Sweet Onion Jam is made from premium imported balsamic vinegar and Georgia Sweet Onions. This naturally good jam can be used on everything from warm brie, burgers & sandwiches, or even as a finishing glaze for roasted pork loin. Spoon over cream cheese and serve with your favorite cracker for an easy appetizer.

Onion Jam, Pear & Brie Toasts

Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Braswell's Balsamic Sweet Onion Jam
8 baguette slices
½ ripe pear, thinly sliced
4 oz Brie, sliced
1 teaspoon Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A pinch of Black Peppercorn Ground Fine

Method

Brush the baguette with olive oil and toast at 375°F for 6 minutes. Top with Brie and pear and bake for another 3 minutes.
Spoon a little onion jam onto each toast and finish with black pepper.
