Melon & Lime Sweet Chia Pots with Watermelon Honey Stick

Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Watermelon Honey Stick
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced
• 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons Lemon Sugar

Method

1. Stir the Watermelon Honey Stick into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
2. Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and lime zest. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
