Ingredients: Roasted Matcha Green Tea, Cane Sugar, Fruit Pectin

How to prepare

  • Matcha: 2 g of matcha
  • Water temperature: 175°F (79°C)
  • Steep time: None. Sift, add 2–3 fl oz (60–90 ml) water, and whisk briskly for 15–30 seconds until evenly suspended.
  • Cups per ounce: Approximately 14 servings per ounce when using 2 g per serving. If following a teaspoon measure, weigh your serving to confirm the yield; sweetened mixes can differ. For an 8-fl-oz latte, top the whisked matcha with milk.

Pear & Hazelnut Matcha Chia Pots with Sweet Roasted Matcha

Ingredients

  • 2 g Sweet Roasted Matcha
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ripe pear, cored and diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl and whisk with 1 cup water at 175°F until evenly suspended. No steeping is needed.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and hazelnuts. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
