Summer Sangria
Summer Sangria brings tart hibiscus, mellow apple and strawberry notes together in an herbal infusion. Steep according to the guide below and enjoy the cup hot or chilled.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Apple, Strawberry, Orange, Mint
How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Strawberry & Lime Tea-Dressed Fruit Salad with Summer Sangria
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 4 g Summer Sangria
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups hulled strawberries, sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- 1 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Summer Sangria for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Dissolve the sugar in the tea and chill. Whisk ¼ cup cold tea with the lime juice and lime zest; reserve the remaining tea to drink.
- Toss the fruit and grapes with the dressing. Let stand in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
