Hibiscus Mint Tea
Hibiscus Mint Tea brings tart hibiscus, cool mint and fresh lemon together in an herbal infusion. Steep according to the guide below and enjoy the cup hot or chilled.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Peppermint
How to brew
- Tea: 4 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
- Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
- Steep time: 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Cups per ounce: Approximately 7 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 4 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.
Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Mandarin & Mint Tea Chia Pots with Hibiscus Mint Tea

Ingredients
- 4 g Hibiscus Mint Tea
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup peeled, seedless mandarin segments
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar
Method
- Heat 1 cup water to 212°F. Steep the Hibiscus Mint Tea for 5–10 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
- Dissolve the sugar in the tea and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and fresh mint. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
