Ingredients: Oolong Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Chicory, Cocoa Nibs, Natural Spicy Cinnamon Flavor, Black Peppercorn, Cloves

How to brew

  • Tea: 2.5 g of dry tea per 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water
  • Water temperature: 195°F (91°C)
  • Steep time: 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
  • Cups per ounce: Approximately 11 cups per ounce (28.35 g), using 2.5 g per 8-fl-oz cup. This estimate counts the first infusion only.

Start with this guide and adjust to taste. A larger mug or stronger brew uses more tea and makes fewer cups per ounce.

Apple & Raisin Tea Chia Pots with Cinnamon Oolong Chai

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2.5 g Cinnamon Oolong Chai
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup peeled, cored apple, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar

Method

  1. Heat 1 cup water to 195°F. Steep the Cinnamon Oolong Chai for 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the tea bag.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in the tea and cool. Stir in the chia seeds and raisins. Stir again after 10 minutes to break up clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Divide into two bowls and top with the fruit.
