Cacao Nibs
Cacao nibs are pieces of the cacao bean with a crunchy texture and a deep, slightly bitter chocolate aroma. They bring cocoa flavor without the sweetness of a finished chocolate bar.
Stir them into granola, baking or yogurt, or add a small amount to a tea blend for a roasted cocoa note. The nibs stay textured rather than dissolving, so strain a brewed blend or enjoy them as an ingredient in food.
