Beet Root Powder
Beet root powder is finely milled beetroot with a deep red color and an earthy, faintly sweet taste. A small amount adds color to smoothies, sauces and baked goods.
Whisk it into yogurt or a dressing, or mix it into tomato-based foods where its color and sweetness fit naturally. Start with a little and adjust to taste; the powder can tint hands and surfaces while you prepare it.
