Tomato-Mozzarella Cups with Balsamic Pearls

Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Balsamic Pearls Gran Deposito
• 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup small mozzarella balls
• 1 tablespoon Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
• A pinch of Black Peppercorn Ground Fine

Method

1. Toss the tomatoes and mozzarella with olive oil, basil and black pepper. Divide into four small bowls.
2. Spoon the balsamic pearls over the top just before serving, folding gently to keep the pearls intact.
