Apple & Maple Spiced Ice Pops with Allspice (Mexican) powder

Serves: 6 small pops

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon Allspice (Mexican) powder
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups peeled, cored apple, finely diced
• 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons Maple Sugar

Method

1. Stir the Allspice (Mexican) powder into 1 cup warm water until evenly mixed.
2. Dissolve the sugar in the prepared mixture and cool. Blend with the fruit and maple syrup.
3. Pour into freezer-pop molds, leaving a little space for expansion. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
